Nicki’s communication was outstanding! She responded quickly and addressed all of our needs efficiently. She was incredibly friendly and consistently over-communicated, which we truly appreciated!!! Everything was crystal clear, and we had no questions at all. Our group absolutely loved the place, and we would be thrilled to stay here again!

Thank you for hosting us; your place was wonderful. The location was perfect and conveniently close to many restaurants and local attractions. The home itself had a great Austin vibe—it was spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately, we had to depart earlier than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, we would definitely stay here again if back in the Austin area.

Loved the house enough room to have 2 families with kiddos feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to our stay. Definitely will consider keep it a contender when we come to San Antonio for other trips!

Had a great stay at this air BnB. Literally a walking distance to Sloan Park. Helped us avoid traffic headaches and parking fees. This air BnB was driving minutes away from other venues, restaurants, ballparks, and the airport. Nikki was a fabulous hosts. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks!

Such a nice, clean place in a great location to stay in Tempe, Arizona. We stayed for 6 days to watch our niece’s gymnastics competition at ASU. The host was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The pool, hot tub, basketball, and tennis courts were all great. We would definitely stay again! Thank you 😊

House was exactly as advertised. On a quiet street two blocks from the RTA trolley which runs down Canal street to Bourbon and St. Charles street. Lots of towels and updated kitchen. Highly recommend the Hot & Soul restaurant just 1 block down. Great place to grab a drink or some great food.

This place is perfect for large groups. All the rooms are large and most have their own bathroom. Lots of space for everyone. The backyard is great for hanging out. The neighborhood is quiet and private. We didn’t hear a thing from any neighbors or streets. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was everything we were looking for. Nicki was very communicative and helpful in our correspondence. She was very prompt with any answers to questions I asked about our stay and the amenities. Everyone was comfortable with our accommodations and had plenty of space to gather to spend time together but not feel cramped. The location was convenient as everywhere we needed to go was walkable or a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

A great place for gathering your people. Plenty of bedrooms and fun things to do. We had a few maintenance issues, but Nicki was quick to handle them. Very responsive hosts!
