Nicki’s place is fantastic and it was a real pleasure staying there. It was perfect for our family with plenty of space, a well-appointed kitchen and great amenities. The outdoor public space is lovely with a very nice swimming pool. Nicki is an outstanding host - So friendly, responsive and helpful. When we had a slight issue with the internet she made sure that it was taken care of immediately. I couldn’t recommend Nicki’s place any more highly and would definitely return next time we’re in Austin!

I loved the beautiful house! It was just right for me and my friends! The host is so wonderful! Always responsive, always helped me with any questions I had, and the instructions and rules were very clear! Would definitely recommend!

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Highly recommend staying here. The place was perfect for my bachelorette weekend. Location was perfect, clean home, and communication with host was excellent. The pictures don’t do it enough justice. The house was very spacious and beautiful

What a beautiful house and property. A quiet secret oasis with a pool just out your back door. The pool feels amazing. The bath tub is so roomy. my 6'2 husband was able to comfortably sit in the tub with his legs fully extended out. The water pressure is great and the sheets are soft. This place is a great and I highly recommend staying here.

Our group recently stayed here to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette party, and it was a PERFECT place for a fun weekend! Communication with the hosts was exceptional from the moment I booked the house. They responded to all questions and provided helpful local recommendations. It was also very clean and had great amenities. I highly recommend to any group looking to celebrate a bachelorette party or enjoy a girls getaway.

me and my family had a very good experience, very nice place, close toany things restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores for gas and not far for kid related activities,go karts , mini golf, theater, we will definitely use again only hang up road noise .

the location is easy to find and close enough to get to everywhere we needed to go. the pool was amazing and the family really enjoyed the diving board. the convenience of access to the backyard allowed us to quickly shower right after swimming. over all it was amazing place to stay at we will definitely be staying again next year

This was such an incredible Airbnb experience! Nicki and her team were so thoughtful and responsive to us, and it was the most professional and polished Airbnb experience! From their digital guidebook to the wonderful accommodations, we could not have asked for more. 10 out of 10–would recommend! We visit Austin frequently, and will always be booking through them!!
