Nicki was such a great host. Very accommodating and quick to respond. Check -in went smoothly and the house was such a vibe! The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool was a plus. The location was perfect for everything we planned . Overall we loved our stay!

Perfect place for our family’s stay while visiting for a friends wedding! Everything was clean, comfortable and just as described. We really loved the two separate living spaces! Owners were so kind and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again!

Kurt’s place is perfect for a family or group in town for work, golf, or just enjoying all the activities and shopping that Phoenix has to offer. The location was stellar and the pool was especially nice for relaxing after a long day in town. We will certainly be back!

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house was clean, comfy and cozy and perfect for 5 of us. Would definitely stay here again!

The whole place had lots of room to move around. Large living area and a dining table big enough to eat or play games. The bedrooms had plenty of space to put all our suitcases and still room to walk around. The bathrooms were beautiful, like everything seemed new. We would definitely stay there again!

Our group had an amazing time at Nicki’s house. The pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and stayed cool, making our stay super pleasant. The kitchen was well-stocked, and Nicki thoughtfully provided plenty of coffee for the whole week. We also appreciated the ample supply of towels. Nicki was an excellent host, communicating quickly and clearly. We’d absolutely rent this house again! Highly recommend!

Nikki was an amazing host. She was fast to respond to our needs and was always attentive and had great suggestions and advice! The house is in great condition. The modern retro look is stunning in person. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy this home. Would 100% book again!

Wonderful home and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed using the pool. The rooms were spacious. We surely enjoyed our stay. Host was excellent and went above and beyond making us feel comfortable. Excellent response time with questions.

Nicki’s house was absolutely amazing and so was she. It was everything we were expecting and more. The pool was so refreshing and Nicki was always quick to respond when I had a question or locked myself out. We will absolutely recommend her house to family when they come to visit spring.

Nicki’s place was very peaceful! Me and my family enjoyed the pool very much, which was a change from our hometown. If we are ever in the area again I will definitely try to book again.
