Primary guest's minimum age is 25 No Pets, No Smoking, No parties or events allowed. Property suitable for infants and children under 12 years of age House Rules 1. Early check-in at 11 AM or late check-out at 1 PM is available for $65 (subject to availability). For earlier or later times, please book the extra night. 2. A $100 fee applies for stained linens. 3. The nightly rate covers up to 6 guests. After the 6th guest, there is an additional charge of $65 per person per night. 4. A $250 penalty applies for: - Unauthorized Late Check-Out: Staying past check-out without approval affects cleaning and new guests. - Smoking of Any Kind: No smoking indoors or in non-designated areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. - Unauthorized Pets: Only service animals are allowed with prior arrangements. Otherwise, no pets are permitted. - Unauthorized Guests or Not Included on the Reservation: Only the number of guests listed in your reservation are allowed to stay. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy. - Noise or Disturbances: Loud noise, music, or activities that disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited. - Parties or Events: Hosting parties or events without permission is not allowed. - Excessive Mess: Leaving the house extremely messy or requiring extra cleaning will incur a fee. **Please Read Before Booking** All guests must sign the rental agreement before check-in. If you don’t, your booking means you fully accept its terms. Some situations beyond our control are non-refundable, including: - WiFi: Usually reliable, but occasional outages may happen due to weather or provider issues. - Weather: Storms, power outages, or unsafe travel conditions can impact your stay. - Noise: Construction or noise from neighboring properties may occur unexpectedly. - Missed Trash Pick-Up: Sometimes local services miss scheduled trash collection.
